Rules for the placement of advertisements Last revision: June 29, 2023
1. The advertisement must comply with The rules for using the MatryoshKA Dolls platform, the rules of various contests and applicable legislation, in particular advertising.
2. The advertisement must comply with the technical requirements, as well as the following design rules:
2.1. The text of the advertisement:
2.1.1. must comply with the norms of the Russian language (or the norms of the language in which the announcement is published).
2.1.2. must comply with the rules of punctuation and the use of special signs. Spaces must be placed between words and after punctuation marks. (Allowed: "Petya + Masha = Love!", "Pandas, wolves, foxes. Any soft toys!" is not allowed: "==++Sale!!!!!!++==", "Pandas,wolves,foxes.Any soft toys!").
2.1.3. must comply with the norms of writing words with a capital letter. Capital letters are used at the beginning of each new sentence when writing proper names. Words written in full capital letters are allowed for well-known abbreviations or registered trademarks. A scanned copy of the trademark registration certificate must be sent to Support. (Allowed: CASCO, UFNS. Not allowed: "SALE", "Sale Of Washing Machines", "Discounts");
2.1.4. must not contain special characters and emojis.
2.2. The image in the advertisement:
2.2.1. it must be of high quality. When using text in an image, it is important not to use intrusive, annoying inscriptions on a bright background, pay attention to the readability and clarity of the inscriptions, the text should not occupy more than 20% of the total area of the image.
2.2.2. in the case of using a special application advertising format, it must have a contrasting background and be part of the application graphics.
2.2.3. it must not contain explicit, frightening or aesthetically unacceptable images (including naked or provocatively dressed people, diseases, injuries, disasters, etc.), as well as images of alcoholic (including beer) or tobacco products or the process of consuming such products. This rule also applies to video advertising videos, exceptions are possible for movie trailers, provided that appropriate targeting is available.
2.2.4. it must not contain logos or other attributes of competing companies.
2.2.5. it must not contain images of banknotes.
2.2.6. it should not be executed in aggressive colors and their combinations.
2.2.7. it should not draw attention to negative details.
2.2.8. it must not contain sexual overtones.
2.2.9. for cosmetic or other medical procedures: there should be no comparison of "before" and "after". Video demonstration is also not allowed.
2.2.10. it should be comfortable to read; the image should not consist of gluing together several images.
2.2.11. it must contain text that corresponds to the norms of writing words with a capital letter. An exception may be a 2-5-word slogan or the use of well-known abbreviations and registered trademarks.
2.3. The text and image of the advertisement must correspond to the content of the page to which the advertising link leads. The text should not merge with the background of the image.
2.4. Advertising is allowed if the subject of the ad specified during creation corresponds to the subject of the advertised object.
2.5. The use of offensive and profanity, as well as the mention of tragic events (for example: murder, death, terrorist attack, funeral) is prohibited. This rule also applies to video advertising videos, exceptions are possible for movie trailers, provided that appropriate targeting is available.
2.6. It is prohibited to simulate interface elements that mislead users about the possibility of performing certain actions (for example: pressing a button, marking with a "tick", arrows, imitation of call-to-action buttons).
2.7. Incorrect comparisons with goods and services provided by other companies are not allowed.
2.8. The advertisement must not contain direct indications of the name, age or other personal characteristics of users, as well as information about sexual orientation, financial status and other personal data (for example, "Are you 25?", "Anna, just for you!").
2.9. The advertisement must not contain a link with automatic redirection of users from one site to another.
2.10. The advertisement must not contain abusive words, obscene and offensive images, comparisons and expressions, including in relation to gender, race, nationality, profession, social category, age, language of a person and a citizen, official state symbols, religious symbols.
3. It is forbidden to advertise on the MatryoshKA Matryoshka site:
3.1. Sites that collect personal data and/or contact information (including phone numbers, e-mail addresses), without explaining the purpose and/or consent to the processing of personal data.
3.2. Activities prohibited by the administration of Matryoshka Dolls, including hacking pages, promoting communities and applications, as well as artificially increasing the "Like" counters using any programs, automated scripts, functionality of your own account, or on behalf of other users; spam mailing lists.
3.3. Goods and services for adults: pornographic materials, sex products, escort services, services aimed at finding partners who provide intimate services, as well as intimate and seduction trainings (including pickup).
3.4. "Digital drugs" and smoking mixtures, salts, poppers, laughing gases and any psychotropic substances.
3.5. Any alcoholic [1] (including beer) and tobacco products [[2]], smoking accessories (including electronic cigarettes) [3], as well as applications and communities of dolls advertising such products.
3.6. Medical services for artificial termination of pregnancy.
3.7. Anabolic steroids, other drugs, specialized food products for use affecting muscle growth, the effect of which is similar to the action of steroids.
3.8. Military products and weapons (combat hand-held small arms and cold, service, civilian, including self-defense weapons, sports with muzzle energy over 3 joules, hunting and signaling). If there are supporting documents, it is allowed to advertise products that are structurally similar to weapons, but are not (documents can be sent to support at: support@matreshka.tv ).
3.9. Games based on risk and betting, including gambling, as well as products/services whose content is related to such.
3.10. Websites, as well as communities and applications that encourage illegal actions and actions calling for violence and cruelty, containing propaganda of hostility, as well as discriminatory or disparaging statements against a person or group of persons based on gender, race, nationality, profession, social category, age, language, origin, attitude religion, as well as other grounds on which systematic discrimination is possible.
3.11. Websites, as well as communities and applications aimed at harassment, intimidation, harassment of a person or group of persons.
3.12. Websites, as well as communities and applications that encourage physical or moral harm to oneself or others.
3.13. Sites where advertisements are placed that do not comply with clauses 1, 3.1 – 3.12 of these Rules.
3.14. Advertising containing appeals of a political and (or) campaigning nature, comparison of political ideas and movements, symbols of political ideas and movements, description of political activities (for example, advertising of websites of deputies, political figures, officials, rallies, demonstrations, marches, picketing, etc.) is not allowed. the territory of the Russian Federation in compliance with all requirements.
4. Restrictions apply to the advertising of certain types of goods (services, works), among other requirements of applicable law:
4.1. For advertising of medicines, medical devices and medical services, including treatment methods; advertising of dating services; advertising of promotional events, including lotteries, targeting of 18 years and older is required.
4.2. Advertising of medicines, medical equipment, medical devices (with the exception of some contraceptive methods) and medical services, including treatment methods, requires mandatory binding of the disclaimer "There are contraindications. 4.3. Advertising of baby food requires mandatory binding of the disclaimer "Expert advice is required". To be able to link a disclaimer, you must send the documents and a link to the advertisement to support at support@matreshka.tv .
4.4. Advertising dietary supplements requires linking the disclaimer "Dietary supplements. It is not a medicinal product." To be able to link a disclaimer, you must send the documents and a link to the advertisement to support at support@matreshka.tv .
4.5. Advertising of the results of intellectual activity is allowed only if there are appropriate documents confirming the rights to use the results of intellectual activity. Documents and a link to the advertisement can be sent to support at support@matreshka.tv .
4.6. The use of images of individuals in an advertisement is allowed only if there are documents confirming the consent of this person. Documents and a link to the advertisement can be sent to support at support@matreshka.tv .
4.7. For any goods and services, the MatreshkAT Administration has the right to request the relevant documents [4]. Documents and a link to the advertisement can be sent to support at support@matreshka.tv .
4.8. Dating services are allowed to advertise in compliance with the requirements for the advertisement and the object of advertising. At the same time, the Administration of Matryoshka reserves the right to refuse to advertise dating services in case of inconsistency with the aesthetic views and beliefs of the company.
4.9. Advertising of astrologers' services is allowed only if there is a relevant link to a page offering exclusively astrological services that does not contain links to services whose advertising contradicts these Rules, in particular paragraphs 3.1, [5], etc.
4.10. Advertising of information products (including mass media, films, books, TV channels and radio stations, websites), if required by applicable law, must be accompanied by an indication of the age category of persons for whom it is intended (according to the legislation of the Russian Federation: "0+", "6+", "12+", "16+", "18+"). The advertiser guarantees the classification of information products and the indication of the age category in accordance with the results of such classification. The advertiser is responsible for correctly determining the age category of the information products advertised by him.
5. Substitution of the content of the page to which the ad leads for something that contradicts the Rules (including by setting redirects or by any other means) after passing moderation is prohibited. In case of violation of the prohibition established in this paragraph, the VKontakte Administration reserves the right to unconditionally block the advertiser's personal account, as well as to collect a fine of up to 100,000 (one hundred thousand) rubles, depending on the nature of the violation, by non-acceptance of funds from funds deposited by the advertiser in the personal account.
6. By placing an advertisement, you unconditionally accept the terms of the Advertising Services Agreement.
7. The VKontakte administration reserves the right to refuse to place any advertisement without explaining the reasons.

[4] - among other things: licenses; certificates of conformity and registration certificates; documents confirming the qualification of a specialist; certificate of registration of a legal entity/individual entrepreneur, the charter of the organization, an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities; documents confirming the rights to the results of intellectual activity; documents confirming the legality of using images of citizens; documents confirming permission to organization and holding of lotteries.
[5] – among other things: in cases where unverified, questionable goods, works or services are advertised, including the services of psychics, healers (without a corresponding diploma), clairvoyants, fortune tellers, "black" and "white" magicians, so-called "financial pyramids" and mutual assistance funds; advertising it contains links to dubious sites, contains unsubstantiated guarantees, promises, including promises of "quick earnings", "weight loss without effort"; advertising affects or provides a risk of affecting the psychological or mental state of users, or attracts users' interest in the advertised object with similar properties; advertising, in the personal opinion of the Administration, may potentially violate the rights, harm or threaten the safety of users.
Requirements for election campaign materials In social networks, you can start an election campaign after the date of publication of the decision on the appointment of elections. In one-day elections, pre-election campaigning ends at midnight local time one day before the voting day. In multi—day elections, at midnight local time on the first day of voting.
