Claims and Copyright Violations
All Matreshka.tv users have the opportunity to protect their copyrights. If another user has uploaded your video to Matreshka.tv and thereby violated your copyright, you can request the removal of the content.
What is Copyright?
Authors can only upload content that they have created themselves or have permission to use.
It is prohibited to use content belonging to another author to upload it to your channel or use it in your content without the author's permission. This can include videos, software, original tracks, works of art, concerts or performances, logos protected by copyright, etc.
How to File a Complaint
You can request the removal of a video due to copyright infringement by filling out a special form.
This should be done by the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
You can also file a complaint by filling out the complaint form and selecting "Violation of My Rights," then "Copyright Infringement."
What Happens After Submitting a Complaint
After receiving a request for video removal, Matreshka.tv specialists will check if there are grounds for the complaint and whether the user has provided all necessary information. We will inform you about the results of the review via email.
Our employees or the user may contact you to clarify details.
What Happens with Copyright Infringer
The infringer will receive a warning for the violation, which will be sent to their email and also displayed in their personal account as an icon indicating the number of warnings.
If an account receives 3 warnings within the last 6 months, the account will be deleted and blacklisted with no possibility of restoration.
Where to See the Results of the Review
We will inform you about the results of the review via email.
