According to Article 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, free use of a work is allowed for informational, scientific, educational, or cultural purposes without the author's or other rights holder's consent and without payment of remuneration, but with mandatory attribution to the author and the source of borrowing. However, each case should be considered separately.

If a rights holder submits a justified complaint, we remove the video and issue a warning to the user who posted it for violating copyright. Three warnings within 90 days will result in the deletion of the user's account along with all associated channels. We also provide an opportunity to rectify the situation: the user can wait until the warning period expires (90 days), send a counter-notification, or request the author to withdraw the claim.
